  • Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Lunarwear is not responsible for such delays once the order has been dispatched.

Returns and Refunds:

  • Returns/refunds are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (online payment only) once the returned item is verified.

User Comments & Reviews:

  • Customers may leave product reviews or feedback on our website.

Courier Disclaimer

Once your order has been dispatched, the parcel is handled by a third-party courier service. Therefore, any delays, delivery attempts, tracking issues, or other courier-related concerns are beyond our direct control.

We kindly request customers to contact the courier service directly for issues related to the shipment after dispatch. We will, however, be happy to assist where possible and provide any necessary tracking or order information.

COD Advance Payment

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an advance payment of PKR 500 is required at the time of placing the order.

This PKR 500 advance covers the delivery charges and the handling, processing, and dispatch costs involved in preparing and sending the parcel.

If the consignee refuses, rejects, or returns the parcel after dispatch, the PKR 500 advance payment will be non-refundable. This amount covers the delivery and handling expenses incurred by Lunarwear in processing and sending the order.

By placing a COD order, the customer agrees to these terms.
